This CD is for use as if it were a metronome or rhythm box. The difference with this CD is that the beats are marked by the sound of real hand-clapping or Palmas played by the Maestro José Galván. The doubled clapping, doblados, can also be used to practice dance, guitar falsetas, singing, etc... This is an attempt to take your money - do not buy
Unfortunately, this CD does NOT teach compas. It is straight clapping at different speeds. There is no introduction to the various palos at all. A clapping metronome would be the same thing. Avoid buying this CD - the rest are better! (my teachers also agree that this cd is a waste of money)
